How to run scripts on schedule?

On Windows is Apache 2.4 and PHP (via the Apache module). I have a PHP script that needs to be run every day at three o'clock - how do I schedule this in Apache? What is the easiest and most adequate option for my needs?

windows has its own scheduler
, you can install a separate one, nnCron for example

I would suggest using openServer It has a built in task scheduler. (In the Menu item -> Settings -> Task Scheduler)
