How to run SAS disks without creating a RAIDa?

Hello, there is an intel SRCSASBB8I raid controller with 4 SAS disks on it, you need to run them not in a raid so that they can be seen separately. I tried it in the RAID BIOS console, but there is only a creation mode, although it sees the disks. I went into the BIOS, changed the mode of operation of the controller, it did not help, the driver for the controller slipped into the system, does not see it. Is it even possible? or it is necessary to try to make RAID 0 under each disk?
