How to run react app on webstorm?

hello, please tell me how to start react app on webstorm? I did everything as in the instructions, but in the end I get an inscription like in the screenshot and that’s it, I don’t even have a public folder, I did everything that was needed for work
in this video , what could be the problem?

And here webstorm? Just install create-react-app and create project via command line, https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app
