Is it possible to create and rename files with keyboard shortcuts in WebStorm?

Is there any way to create a new file in a folder, or another folder, for a folder in the file tree with focus, without using a mouse/touchpad in webstorm.

alt-insert and shift-f6.
in general, you need to remember one key combination: ctrl-shift-a. and you will find all the rest.
