How to run phpMyAdmin via Virtualbox under host system?

There is a Windows 10 64-bit host system and an Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS image installed on VirtualBox.

XAMPP is installed in Ubunru, port 80 is forwarded, the main XAMPP panel opens from the host system without problems, but when I try to switch to phpMyAdmin, it swears with the "403 Access Denied" error.

What could be the reason? Is port forwarding not enough for phpMyAdmin?

See permissions (chmod) and Apache settings.

Look at the Apache logs, the truth is somewhere nearby :)
