How to run php file through phpstorm terminal?

Hello, I have such a code in the index.php file . I run it

through the console and everything works fine.

But there is one problem, I want to run the same file only through the terminal in PhpStorm, but for some reason it doesn’t work for me. I carry out the same actions as with the console, but the terminal gives an error.

The question is how to make the file run through the PhpStorm terminal?
