How to run linux desktop program on windows 7?

Good afternoon. There is a good player under linux gmusicbrowser . There is a need to run it under windows 7. There is no official port.
Is there something like wine but vice versa? To run a linux program on windows?
This player is, of course, under open source, but I do not have the time and experience to port it myself.
PS: I know that it is possible on win10, I know that there are a million other players, please do not recommend alternatives - I'm interested in gmusicbrowser under windows 7.
