How to run html game with webpack on github pages?

Yes, it's me again with my stupid questions)
In general, I'm sawing a toy on Phaser 3, I finally found a good guide on how to assemble this whole thing using webpack. If you use webpack-dev-server then everything is fine. However, I uploaded this work to Github pages, where it successfully hangs at the loading stage -_- ...

1. Most likely you do not look at the developer's console, which should yell.
2. There is no link to GHPages and inside rap too.
