How to connect github to jira?

Hey!
I've been suffering for 10 hours already.
I'm trying to connect my Github through the plugin from the Jira website. There is no sense. He does not see branches in DVCS accounts, no matter how hard I try.
From Bitbucket easily.
I tried to unbind and bitbuket and created an organization in github to no avail. He sees that I am the branches that I opened, but alas.
In Jira issues, "Create Branch" is disabled.
Please advise what is wrong.

The Create branch button will only be visible for Bitbucket. You can test the connector by adding the ticket key to the branch/commit, and see that it will be displayed in the development panel.
