How to run Docker and Virtual Box at the same time?

Virtual Box does not work with Hyper-V enabled, I disable Hyper-V, Docker stops working. How to make friends? WSL on Windows Enabled, in Docker I also chose WSL as a backend.

No way.
More precisely, the solution is to run away from wsl as far as possible, transfer docker to linux, i.e. where it is and where it should be by definition by running its host in one of the VirtualBox machines.
ps But have you tried using the standard (including in win pro / ultimate versions) Microsoft toolkit for virtual machines that use hyper-v? the interface is similar to a slightly complicated and at the same time castrated virtualbox toolkit in terms of functionality.

Or run docker inside virtual machine on virtualbox
