How to run cordova with webpack?

I want to use ES6 and the vue framework when developing an application. Initialized hello world phonegap app and webpack project. How to make commands work together - cordova run browser and webpack? Cordova raises the server and writes logs to the console and webpack rebuilds the project and also writes to the console. How to run together with one command?
