javascript file system access?

I created an application for a smartphone on html, js, css, not without frameworks that give a feeling of nativeness :) One more detail is required from the application, to determine access to the memory card so that later the path to the file can be added to some scr html. How to implement? I'm not strong in cordova, I'm building an app at https://build.phonegap.com/.
