How to run an android emulator on an AMD Ryzen 3900X machine?

Android-studio says that Intel HAXM is needed, without it, not a single virtual device starts.
I googled that AMD has an analogue of Vt-x from intel - such processor settings as SVM and IOMMU.
I enabled it in the BIOS, but nothing happened, ide still swears and cannot install HAXM.
The systeminfo command outputs:

Hyper-V Requirements: Virtual Machine Monitoring Mode Extensions: Yes
Virtualization Enabled in Firmware: Yes
Second Level Address Translation: Yes
Data Execution Prevention Available: Yes

But, there is no Hyper-V component in windows programs and features.
Is it possible to run an android emulator on this processor?

Found a funny moment. Most likely, I turned off virtualization just for the sake of launching RyzenMaster (or it turned off automatically during installation). So you need to be careful.

In short, replace AVD with ARM
