How to run Alkid Live Cd with error hub 1-1:1.0: cannot reset port 3 (err = -110)?

I installed the full version on a USB flash drive via Ultra ISO. Set priority in bios.
I run it, it gives me the first error:
hub 1-1:1.0: cannot reset port 3 ( err = - 110)
And then:
hub 1-1: 1.0: cannot reset port 4 ( err = - 110 )
Who had it?
How to fix?
I urgently need tools to recover data from HDD.
( How to recover data after formatting? )
