I would like to run denwer on the computer, but not for local use, but with ip access to it. Well And with phpmyadmin.

buy a white IP from the provider (if not), open port 80 in the router and voila site on the Internet

If there is a white ip as mentioned above. (It won’t work without it)
If there is a router, then you need to configure the router (forwarding port 80 to port 80 of your machine’s ip.
If it doesn’t work, check the Apache settings. (Google to help) so you need to specify the folder and port.

It seems to me that you are not solving the problem.
Why do you specifically put the site on the Internet in Denver?
