2domains.ru for .ru wants 99 rubles a year, a fairly convenient DNS interface, if you are going to use it, I keep five domains from them that I need in the .ru zone, I’m happy with everything

DNS can generally be used for free from Yandex, there is also mail at will.

Are you aware of the procedure for transferring domains from one registrar to another? Do you know that you have to issue a notarized power of attorney? Hemorrhoid process. About three years ago, such a power of attorney cost me something around 500 rubles, and I also had to stand in a two-hour queue (I went to several places, but often they refused to certify it, notaries cannot at all understand what a “domain” is and how to rights may be transferred to it).

I took an unpromoted registrar from the official list of PrivateNames transfer of the .rf domain on 07/28/19 199r. and the same extension. the transfer initiated on April 8 and the completion of the procedure on April 13, all this time the site was available.
