How to track any config changes on esx?

Good afternoon,

There are ten servers with ESXi and a team of engineers working with them. How can you track any changes that are made to the platform configuration? The goal is to control unauthorized changes.

Thank you for attention

And what does it mean - unauthorized?
Take away their rights.
ESX is able to give different users the rights to individual operations.
And by the way - there is still centralized control of the ESX cluster.
VmWare sells it for a fee.

You mean in the config? Do your engineers access hosts with a shell? Or rule them through the client? vCenter has such an incredibly detailed, granular system for distributing rights to a grain of dust that, in my opinion, you can issue rights separately for anything. And only the Chief Admin should have access to the shell.
