Can working as a system administrator help you become a junior backend developer in the future?

I have a dream to become a backend developer, now I am self-educated. Will the experience of working as a system administrator help me in my business if I get a part-time job as a system administrator?

Maybe if you administer servers with backend programs and monitor their work. Instill an understanding of the influence of the quality of the work of developers on the stability of the servers, and debug some points with due effort, learn better than some developers.

See what you will do. It is one thing to be an administrator in a hosting company or a web studio, and it is quite another to fill the printer with paper.

No, it won't help.
But it won't hurt either.

Dear, be sure, go to your goal and everything will work out)! Everything is possible, there are a lot of examples, one was at my first job, where one developer worked for up to 20 years with rotten hands in Auchan. Good luck!

These are two unrelated professions.
Can a job as a plumber help you become an electrician? No, it can't, professions are different.
I suspect that you want to get a job as a poping, and not as an admin, no one will take you as an admin, you don’t even understand who a system administrator is. The work of popping / enikey will teach you how to refill cartridges and press enikey, it will not have anything to do with the work of an admin or proger and will not help you become one or the other.
