How to run a website in PHP on Windows Server VPS?

I purchased a VPS with windows server 2008, but it did not fit my needs.
The money is not big, so I don’t want to bother with the return.
How can it be adapted to work with a PHP site?
Is it difficult?
I connect to the server via RDP.

Install apache+mysql+php if the site has no bells and whistles.
