How to run a specific nginx?

I have several different versions of nginx installed on my server to test and I need a command to run a specific nginx from a specific folder with a specific version. Now, if I enter service nginx start, then only the very first nginx of all installed ones is launched, but I don’t understand how to start any other one.

View the launch command from the launch script and manually launch the desired nginx from the desired location.
Option 2: examine nginx launch options and start manually.
