Why is Gnome Keyring Daemon not responding when shutting down my Linux Mint computer?

Linux Mint 18.2 Sonya with Cinnamon is installed on the working machine. After rolling the kernel through the update system, this problem began. When you turn off / restart the computer, a window pops up with the error "Gnome Keyring Daemon is not responding." I haven't noticed any other issues with the system other than this one. I somehow tried to remove it, reinstall it, but the problem was not solved. Then he scored and just clicked on the window "complete anyway". I thought it was some kind of bug in the kernel that could be fixed. Since then, another 3-4 updates for the kernel have rolled up, but the problem has not been resolved. Of course, if this key manager is taken down cleanly, then the problem is solved, but then every time I enter a site in a browser or email, I am asked to manually enter a password, which creates some difficulties for me. Tried looking for a solution to the problem on the Internet, many have the same problem, but what it is connected with is not clear, and I did not find a specific solution. Here is the inxi output:
