How to route OpenVPN clients through OpenVPN server?

Good afternoon. I bought a vpn for a year, set up a bypass of the provider's restrictions on the padavan firmware through the Lithuanian vpn, everything works smoothly from home devices.
The last question remains - how to make devices connected from the outside to the router via an OpenVPN server on the router also be able to get to the sites? Not for everything, but only for blocked ones. I suspect something needs to be written in the firewall rules.
