How to route application traffic through one of several connections on a computer?

I ask for tips for a non-professional: the computer is connected to the Internet via a LAN, is it possible (and how exactly) to connect this computer to a smartphone access point so that the browser works through this access point, and everything else - through the LAN?
The meaning is very simple: Internet activity is logged on the LAN, but you really want to surf the Internet and sit in VKontakte without leaving any traces. It's not very convenient from a smartphone - the keyboard is uncomfortable there ...

I didn't quite understand your terminology.
From a smartphone, I distribute the Internet through an access point. And while the computer is connected to a wired LAN. I need MS Outlook mail and all programs (in particular, Windows Remote Desktop) to continue working via the Internet from the LAN, while the browser works through an access point from a smart phone.
