LTE How to share frames at the physical layer?

Good afternoon, I thought about it and it became interesting, maybe someone knows.
How are frames divided at the physical level in mobile communications?
Are there any start/end bits? Or somehow differently?

PS for some time I worked in one large OpSoSe, but we didn’t dig so deep even at vendor courses (Ericsson, Huawei).
For this makes no sense if you are not a developer of such hardware.
