Colleagues, there were problems with regular voice communication, many do not get through, and those who are more persistent, then say that they dialed several times and the phone was out of network coverage (my location remained unchanged). Support asked a question: what does the signal strength indicator show? Naturally, when they got through to me, he shows a good signal.
