How to rollback OSX El Capitan 10.11 to 10.9?

Good afternoon. Due to the fact that I can not install the printer, I need to roll back the system to a different version. Question - how can this be done? And is there a painless way in which you do not have to demolish the entire system and reinstall with all the programs?
