How to roll back Windows under ESXi without losing user data?

There is a 2008r2 terminal for ESXi, after the updates, problems began with minimizing the RDP window for users on local PCs, when the window is maximized after 5 minutes of PC downtime, the session reconnects and it does not always succeed. Tried all sorts of network tweaks on guides and KB small software - nothing helps. I want to roll back Windows, there is a snapshot before the update. How to save the users folder correctly in order to correctly roll it back?
