Through VideoJS, I set up and launched a video broadcast. And how to rewind then? What is the concept here?

This live streaming functionality is called nDVR and must be supported on the media server side.

As you rightly noted above, the procedure is:
1. write the broadcast archive
2. take an iframe with the player supplied with the video streaming server
3. paste it on the site

As a result, you either need to edit videojs in such a way that it learns to understand the format of the playlists given. Again, if we are talking about the return of the archive by non-segment protocols, then VideoJS is unlikely to help here.
