How to revoke a license in composer for packagist?

Hello, I want to place my code without a license on packagist and explicitly indicate this
. Earlier it was "AGPL-3.0-or-later", now I want to put "free", but Packagist swears and asks to enter something from this page: https:// spdx.org/licenses/

Does anyone know of an "empty" license that doesn't prohibit anything or make any recommendations?
