Licenses for software and other works

Hello,
I have to choose a license for small software (todo-list application). Could you recommend which license to choose?
The conditions are:
- so that people can freely modify the project with me
- so that there are no conflicts or copyright problems
- the repository is already on my github without a license
- one third-party module is used with a BSD 3-Clause "New" or "Revised" license "License (colorama)
