How to revive Win8.1?

There is a hard drive with the following markup:
1. Windows reserved partition
2. Windows 7
3. Extended
3.1 Data
3.2 Windows 8.1
Further, during the installation of Linux, instead of Win7, SystemReserved was accidentally overwritten, and Win8 was not registered in grub2 (which, in general, is logical ). After several unsuccessful attempts to restore boot Win8 using the installation disk, they demolished Linux and put Win7 back. Win8, of course, is not loaded.
Actually the question is, is it possible to revive Win8?
On my attempts to restore the boot from the recovery console using

bootrec /rebuildbcd
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
and
bcdboot e:\Windows /s e:
zero response.
The automatic repair tool says that this OS does not support this feature.
