How to create a local administrator account in a domain network without compromising information security?
Hello.
You often encounter this problem on a local network: "A trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain could not be established." I solve this problem by bringing the workstation into the domain. Maybe some other way too? And for this I need a local administrator account. The local administrator account cannot be created by group policies (information security). How then to be? On each machine, locally and manually create, which would not be desirable? Or are there some other methods?

Well, you can use handles, all the elements of the array are there, these are the names of a function or variables, but this is a chore. Most likely there are cryptors of this kind, respectively, and there are decryptors.
According to this scheme, the social effect was encrypted
I'll help you a bit. Maybe I made a syntax error somewhere, but I think you can handle this

The answer is at this link, namely, you can distribute group policy over the network, and then disable it -

What to do with new computers? Turn it on again after a while, and then turn it off again. Well, that's just it for now.
Microsoft does not provide other methods (the local admin is alive, lived, will live), you can avoid reboots at most:
