How to revive phpstorm after a power outage?

The laptop was disconnected from the outlet and went out, phpstorm was turned on. After uploading to phpstorm, the connections completely disappeared. All classes are undefined, all methods are not found, etc. This is not the first time I have seen such a picture. The last time I decided this: I
opened the project from the directory
. But at the same time, all local history naturally died.
Maybe there is a better method. Reopen somehow everything, re-index?
Reloading phpstorm does nothing.
