I decided to try the lessons on the virtual machine and it turned out that localhost was taken by an incomprehensible application.
When you exit the docker, the link to localhost also remains relevant and directs you to the application page.
How do I clear localhost from it and return it to xampp?
At the same time, xampp seems to work on localhost, in terms of localhost / phpmyadmin, etc., but not purely localhost.
