How to return hints in PHPStorm?

I don’t remember exactly why, but it seems like I confirmed something from symfony, hints about classes and their functions in yii2 stopped appearing. An example is in the photo, before the yii\helpers\Url class was immediately issued;

It turned out that everything was due to the fact that I excluded the vendor folder in which the autoloader with all the libraries was located. Fixed by simply deleting the exclusion and downloaded back all excluded files and folders.
