I am writing a frontend, so I want to use webstorm, but it does not support the php language at all. You have to switch, but you don't want to! Who can advise what?

PhpStorm is the same WebStorm, only with a "delay in development" for half a year or a year.
Everything that WS can do in the previous version can also be done in the current PS.
