Are there php plugins for Sublime Text to bring the editor as close as possible to the IDE?

I recently discovered the Sublime Text editor. I like it first of all for its rich functionality, and especially for the presence of a huge number of hot keys, for almost all occasions.
But since I type and write php code in it, I really lack IDE functionality, i.e. auto-complete, hints for functions (list of parameters, etc.) and most importantly a navigator for classes and functions.
Does anyone know if it's possible to tweak sublime to such a condition that he can do everything I'm talking about?
Or do you not need to drive, but take a normal IDE, such as Webstrom, and work in it?

A hotbed of third-party plugins will never compare in terms of stability and coherence with a single module from developers / authors.
