How to return high speed LAN?

There are 2 physical domain controllers windows 2008R2.

Both have 2 active network adapters:
on srv001 - 192.168.1.4 and 192.168.1.5,
on srv002 - 192.168.1.7 and 192.168.1.8.

Each of the adapters is configured so that the first DNS is 127.0.0.1 and the second DNS is one of the other server's addresses.

One day I remotely disabled the 192.168.1.8 interface and it hung and could not turn on...

After that, the speed of backups from the srv002 server via LAN increased dramatically. And everything was fine, but suddenly, a month later, it fell again ...

Now I turned off the adapter again with my hands, but it doesn’t help ...

What to change so that it becomes fast again?))

Thank you in advance!)

Kelv13 ,

After that, my backup speed increased dramatically
it is only clear that it was a coincidence, most likely. And not because you disabled one interface.
What can I change to make it fast again?
It is necessary to find out why it is now slow , then the answer will be. :) Let's assume that the link is 1 Gb / s stable and the switches are not overloaded with traffic. The speed of copying over the network is determined not only by the host from where it is copied, but also by the host to which it is copied. Including disk speed on both hosts. Both the network and the disks on any of the hosts can be loaded with something other than backup. And even the processor can be a bottleneck if the data is compressed on the fly during transfer by such aggressive gluttonous things as rar, 7zip, etc. For starters, find out what your bottleneck is when backing up.
