Hello. I have a site with regional sites-subdomains, like "spb.sitename.com", the content on them is absolutely the same, except for the names associated with the city. Actually, the main site is in the top of Google for the required request, the rest are either not displayed at all, or a small part is on the 5+ page, but basically they are not there at all. The content cannot be changed, since the company is the same as the services. How to return subdomain sites to Google? Need to change the structure to sitename.com/city?

Google Russia has one region. We need to change the content.
