How to merge files that google drive downloads?

There is a file with Windows on the Google drive, and when you try to download it, a 500mb archive and a 2 giga file are created.
How to connect them then?

And it was not easier to pack the .iso image of Windows into a .zip archive, upload it to the cloud, and then download this archive and unpack it in the same way. In my case, everything is ok.
