How to resubmit app after rejected in google play cosnole?

I submitted the game to alpha test, after which the game was rejected due to violation of the rules of the "For the whole family" program, in general, I fixed the violation, but I don't know how to resubmit the game for alpha test on the main page of the google play console to the right of my game it says rejected
and in the tab releases (closed test) says "under review" and I'm worried that it's not actually being reviewed because I didn't press the submit for review button

just reply if it's under review or how can I resubmit the game
