Copyright: Can Apps Be Called Literary Works?

Hello!
The question is in the title. An example for clarification: if we say an App, which contains tips for caring for appearance and beauty, call it "Young Lady-Peasant Woman" :D (this is the first thing that came to mind, but I think the meaning is clear) and connect monetization, then it's no problem ? Pushkin or who else will not come to me? :D
As far as I know, patents for an invention, for example, are valid for about 20 years. And what about literature? Previously, there seemed to be no rights, and a lot of time has passed .. so you can use it? (in my case, the writer passed away a long time ago).

Copyright in a literary work is valid for 70 years after the death of the author. It also applies to the title if the title can be attributed to the author's work (i.e. it is not some common phrase, for example).
