How to restore Windows 10 efi bootloader when moving to a new hard drive?

Transferred the Windows 10 system to a new hard drive by copying the system and efi partitions to Acronis Disk Director, took out the old drive. I boot, the download hangs on the Windows logo, and how it freezes, even the mouse cursor works, but the desktop does not load.
I tried to boot from a live image and overwrite the efi partition with the command:
bcdboot c:\windows /s f: /f UEFI /p
where f: is the efi partition, which I previously made visible by assigning a letter to it in diskpart assign
Does not help.

I hope the infa on the original disk has not yet been erased? If yes, then do the OS transfer again, but not by copying partitions, and not even cloning them, but use the "Migrate OS to another media" option, which is in advanced partition managers (for example, in AOMEI Partition assistant or in Paragon's HDM ), they themselves will transfer everything that is required, they will not forget anything.
You do not need to install these programs in the OS (and even more so buy them) for this simple procedure, just restart from any popular LiveDVD / LiveUSB with Windows PE, most of them contain this software.
As for Acronis DD, in recent years this program has gained a reputation for being buggy, I recommend not using it anymore.
