After an emergency shutdown of the computer, it goes into an endless "system restore" I can not do a reset to factory settings - an error, recovery does not help, in the logs - "could not determine the problem", respectively, I can not take the file from the "boot" disk. Do not offer to reinstall Windows, why not?
