How to restore Windows?
In the morning I installed the updates and rebooted. The reboot hung for 40 minutes, after which it cut off the power. After several attempts to reboot, the system still boots, but there is no network, there is no way to open the control panel, computer properties, etc. In safe mode, it loads with the network and the software works. There are some backups (eg C:\Users\* etc.).
System - Windows 7 32 bit, SSD. There is no standard backup by means of windows.
I really don't want to completely reinstall.
Is there a way to return the system to the state before the update?

Boot from a disk and call the system checkpoint restore function? Points are created before updates are installed, so there is probably a suitable one.
As an option, as you were suggested, demolish the built-in controller drivers in safe mode.
