Why does the MFP crash in Windows 7?

Peer-to-peer network, all win7.
Galya - shares her MFP to the network.
Anton and Volodya are connected by IP address, they connect Galin MFP to themselves.
We work, we print, we scan, we eat cookies.
At some point, Volodya's MFP stops printing, and he screams in panic and calls the system administrator Roma. The admin sees Galya and Anton print them properly. The grid is in place for everyone, but Volodya's MFP has the status "offline".
Help Roma find the reason for the systematic dropping of the MFP!

There are several options. Phaedrus (system administrator) has clumsy hands, and when he threw the net, he messed up the wire. Dasha (purchaser) instead of the norms of a managed switch bought a ram. And in order to avoid such problems, we buy a print server and hang the MFP on it. And there is no need to puzzle over what Galya did for the next two hundred and eighty-sixth time at her workplace.
