How to restore virginity MacOS?

I'm going to sell my macbook pro, and since I've been working with this axis not so long ago, of course, I still don't know a lot of things.
Interested in the question, is it possible to make the laptop itself delete all my files and return to the pre-sale state?
I just want to be sure that when reselling, my data will not get to strangers.

Here is a description of what to do when selling https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4390401

I would reinstall the OS from scratch. It takes time, but I would be calmer. For example, here is the instruction: www.gottabemobile.com/2013/10/22/perform-clean-ins...
What you need: an 8GB flash drive and an OS X image (just over 5GB) downloaded from the AppStore.

There are two ways:
1. As described in the link: go through everything point by point.
2. Hardcore: format the screw and then put a clean axis through the "bios" of the macbook.
(suitable for removable screws). So it's faster and more reliable. When I sold the minik, I did it.
But in fact, it is important to do only 3 things:
1. Delete the user and all your files and securely empty the trash
2. exit the browsers and clean everything in them
3. exit the Apple ID.
The rest is nonsense and overkill.
