How to restore the system?

I removed the ubuntu bootloader through the command line in the windows installer and by mistake did not create a boot file for windows. Now, when the PC is turned on, it writes reboot and select proper ... At that, I changed all three disks in turn to boot priority and displays the same thing. And if you plug in a flash drive with an image of Windows and boot from it, it gives an error "An operation system wasnt found. Try disconectiong any drivers that dont contain an operation system".

I don't understand what is meant.

Uninstall ubuntu bootloader via command line in windows installer
I just can't remember where in the installer protocol I have to deal with the command line. Usually the installation goes automatically, only at the beginning it asks "Format?", referring to the installation partition. I answer "Yes" - that's all that concerns the former contents of this section, regardless of whether Ubuntu was there or something else.
and by mistake did not create a download file for Windows.
Never seen that either. The maximum that needed to be done to boot was to make the installation partition of the disk active (i.e. bootable) using any partition manager.
Now, when the PC is turned on, it writes reboot and select proper ... At that, I changed all three disks in turn to boot priority and displays the same thing.
This only happened to me after disabling UEFI and converting the disk from GPT to MBR. Yes, then you had to restore the bootloader using the BootICE utility or another similar one.
