How to restore the postgresql 1C database (there is only a folder in the database files)?

After crash of the server it was succeeded to rescue only a folder with base files (PSQL) how now to connect this base?

stop service
copy all files with replacement. base p_xlog p_clog
and start the service
If you're lucky it will start.
If not, take a look at the log, and we'll see.
