How to restore sound after replacing the video card?

The sound disappeared after replacing the video card (there was an old Radeon 5870 HD, now Geforce GT 1030). When installing the driver, NVidia turned off jokes with sound, nevertheless, it was of no use. I installed the sound driver for the mother, it also did not help. (Headphones and microphone are connected to the motherboard at the back)

in control panel -> sound select default device

Reinstall the driver on the video card and turn off the bugle - Nvidia sound driver during installation.
Do a clean install.
Before doing this, you may need to uninstall the Nvidia sound driver manually.
